MSB issues an announcement to the general public about the extreme risk of fires
There continues to be an extremely high risk of fire in various parts of the country. MSB, Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, therefore issued another announcement to the general public on July 5th.

The hot and unusually dry weather conditions mean that the risk of fires is approaching record levels in certain parts of the country. There have already been a number of forest and field fires and there is still an extremely high risk that there will be more. This situation is very serious and poses a risk to human life and health. Even a small fire can quickly have enormous consequences. Follow all regulations applicable to this ban on open flames.
