Original message: An important announcement to the general public, IPA, in Norrstig Strand in the municipality of Härnösand. There is a fire in a sewage treatment plant with heavy smoke as a result. The incident commander requests that everyone in the area south of the building goes indoors and that all doors, windows and vents are closed.
