Orange warnings for snowfall in Svealand and Gävleborg counties
🔶 SMHI has issued two orange warnings for snowfall. From Monday evening until Tuesday morning, occasional heavy snowfall is expected in southwestern Svealand. From Monday evening until Tuesday morning, occasional heavy snowfall is expected in central Svealand and Gävleborg County.
Swedes are urged to leave Lebanon
Due to the further deterioration of the security situation in Lebanon, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs is urging Swedes travelling in Lebanon to leave the country.
🔶Orange warning for high water level in Skåne
Update October 21 at 09.30: SMHI has downgraded the warning to a yellow warning. The yellow warning for high water levels along the southern coast of Skåne is valid until 22.00 on October 21.
Ministry for Foreign Affairs on shooting in Brussels
The Foreign Ministry is aware that there was a shooting in Brussels on Monday evening and that there are reports in the media that two Swedish citizens have been shot. Swedes are asked to be vigilant and to contact their relatives.
Evacuation of Swedish citizens from Israel and Palestine
